Jumper exists to help people build meaningful connections, discover exclusive experiences, and become part of a global community centered around Ibiza and beyond.

To maintain a positive environment for everyone, all members are expected to follow these Community Guidelines.

Be Respectful

Treat all members with kindness, respect, and consideration.

We do not tolerate:

• Hate speech
• Discrimination of any kind
• Threats or intimidation
• Abusive or offensive behavior
• Unwanted sexual comments or advances

Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected within the Jumper community.

Be Authentic

We encourage genuine connections.

Members must:

• Use accurate personal information
• Represent themselves honestly
• Avoid impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations
• Avoid creating fake or misleading profiles

Authenticity helps build trust within the community.

Keep the Community Safe

Safety is a shared responsibility.

Members must not:

• Promote illegal activities
• Share harmful or dangerous content
• Encourage violence or self-harm
• Attempt to scam, deceive, or exploit other users
• Request financial transfers from other members

Any suspicious activity may result in account suspension or removal.

Respect Privacy

Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others.

Do not:

• Share another person's private information without permission
• Publish personal contact details without consent
• Record or distribute private conversations without authorization

Always respect personal boundaries.

Events and Real-Life Meetups

Jumper helps people discover events and experiences, but each member remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.

We recommend:

• Meeting in public places
• Attending trusted events and partner experiences
• Informing friends or family of your plans when meeting someone new
• Following local laws and regulations

Always use good judgment when participating in events or meeting new people.

Instagram Communication

Jumper does not provide private messaging within the platform.

Members who choose to communicate privately do so through Instagram.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please contact our support team.

Reports may include:

All reports are reviewed seriously and confidentially.

Enforcement

To protect the community, Jumper reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict account access
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban members who violate these guidelines

Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities when required by law.
